Beliefs and Culture, Our Team
Access is a life-giving, family-oriented, non-denominational church in the State College area. We meet at at Mount Nittany Middle School. Weekend services include a free pre-service cafe, contemporary worship, biblical message and age specific kids ministry for infants up through children in 5th grade.
Romans 5:1-2 "Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained Access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God."
Pastor Zac & Ashley McDonald
Zac McDonald was born and raised in State College, PA. During his teenage and college years, he was actively involved in ministry. Upon graduating high school, he attended Evangel University for one year and then transitioned to Zion Bible College where he studied and provided leadership to the college recruitment office.
In the fall of 2004, Zac met love of his life, Ashley. They were married in June of 2006 and transitioned back home to State College Assembly of God. They served as the youth pastors for eight years along with providing leadership as the Sectional Youth Rep for the PennDel District for five years. During that time, Zac and Ashley had four children: Alaira, Audra, Amos, and Acelynn.
Zac and Ashley are thoroughly excited about the recent transition and all that God has in store with the future of Access Church!
